I lead regional operations across Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties for Bay Area Community Services. It's growth I started building in 2021 with a single crisis navigation program and 13 staff. That foundation has since grown into a full portfolio of programs, including our current Full Service Partnership (FSP) build, with 200+ staff across the region today and expansion planned past 250. Off the clock, I coach leaders through Cadence Leadership+Communication, and I currently serve as VP of the Association of Behavioral Health Contractors.
Bay Area Community Services: drives regional growth, contract strategy, and multi-county expansion.
BACS: built the Sacramento region's clinical and administrative infrastructure from scratch.
Heritage Oaks Hospital. Ran intake and admissions for the hospital, overseeing 500+ 5150 (involuntary hold) crisis evaluations a year and building out staff training on 5150 assessment and intake protocol. Later added Outpatient Services and stood up the HOPE Center as its first Administrator.
Alameda Health System and County of Yolo: rose from Psychiatric Social Worker to Access & Crisis Services Manager.
Married, with two kids keeping me humble: a 10-year-old and an 8-year-old. Everything above is only possible with my wife as a partner in it; she makes the whole thing work.
